Shipping
All shipments are subject to
stock availability. Shipping charges as
stated are for the US only; foreign shipments,
please email for details before you place
an order. Goods will be shipped via best
route within 3 business days after receiving
the order. If an item is out of stock
you will be notified via email with an
approximate ship date. Shipping costs
are based on weight and distance and are
calculated when an order is placed, again,
reflecting domestic orders.
We also offer UPS Overnight and UPS 2nd
Day Blue, and U S Postal Service Priority
Mail.
The deadline to process an overnight or
2nd Day order is 2:30pm, EST, Monday through
Friday (Saturday delivery charges may
apply). Across The Pond STRONGLY
suggest using UPS Overnight or
2nd Day in the summer months if your order
includes perishable items such as chocolates
or frozen foods.
Returns
Our goal at Across The Pond 100% customer
satisfaction.
Returns must be made within five days
of receipt. In order to receive a refund,
your purchase must be returned with shipping
pre-paid. Items must be in original packaging
and "as new" condition, with
the original packing slip included.
If items are damaged they will be replaced
or credit given. Please do not throw out
the damaged items or packing material
as they may be needed for insurance purposes.
Failure to retain these items could result
in a delay or forfeiture (partial or complete)
of your refund.
